I came thru at about 1245. Can't believe how fast the line moved! Ingredients were fresh, but I would have loved a little more onion and the tomatoes spread out. I had a pile of them and very few onions. Overall, loved it!
Order was taken with great detail, and the lady spoke very clearly. They had to pull us forwards because the larger number of chicken strips. They said about 10 minutes and it was out early. The tpain masks are a great deal the food was great. Correct number of sauces and burgers were made to perfection. Highly impressed!
We love Rallies. Especially the one in Barberton, because some of the other locations around Akron have rude staff. Rallies fries are the best fries I've ever had anywhere. They always have good deals. They always have new items so you don't get bored.
People here were amazing, so polite and funny
The 4 gentleman that were working around 7pm Tuesday Christmas eve deserve a huge raise, and so much recognition. Their line was so long yesterday, cars wrapped around the block and they worked their butts off were such wonderful people. We had an 80 group order and they not only got everything correct but they were so friendly and professional. You just don't get customer service like that anymore those men deserve everything for what they went through last night!! So amazing!! Wish I got their names but hopefully the time and date i posted helps point out who i am speaking on!!! Thank you rallys for the amazing customer service on such a stressful busy night!!
